By using the Lookkey app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
Lookkey gives AI-generated styling suggestions based on the photos and information you provide. Suggestions are for inspiration only; they may be inaccurate, and you decide what to wear or buy.
Your content
You keep all rights to the photos and content you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the Service to you. Upload only photos you have the right to use, and do not upload photos of other people without their permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, try to break or overload it, reverse engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful or offensive.
Purchases
Any in-app purchases or subscriptions are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Licensed application
The app is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, with these terms applying in addition.
Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
